Comunale Law office has been serving the legal needs of individuals and families in the greater Dayton, and southwest Ohio region since 1993. We are conveniently located in downtown Dayton, directly adjacent to the state, municipal and federal courts.
Along with Dayton and Montgomery County we reguarly practice in courts in, Springboro, Lebanon, Xenia, Springfield, Eaton, Troy and Warren, Greene, Clark, Miami, Preble, and Darke Counties. We handle all types of cases in Southwest Ohio, Cincinnati and the Columbus Metro areas.

Attorney Tony Comunale
Attorney Tony Comunale is an experienced trial attorney and advocate. He holds degrees from Boston University (B.A.) and the University of Dayton (J.D.). Mr. Comunale has an extremely successful trial record representing clients in areas from family law, criminal defense, small business litigation and personal injury. He and his staff are dedicated to personal and responsive service in resolving all legal problems quickly and effectively.
Attorney Comunale is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Dayton Bar Association and the American Bar Association, He belongs to the family law division and is a member of the Miami Valley Trial Lawyers Association as well as the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
